Short Term Visitor Parking

Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm.

On the first level of each deck are reserved 2-hour parking spaces for short term visitors and restaurant patrons. Spaces are monitored by McLaurin Parking on a regular basis with the authority to ticket as needed.

There is no overnight parking available unless you are a resident.

Long Term Visitor Parking

Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6-pm.

Visitors coming to the Campus for a tenant meeting, tenant conference or daytime tenant event lasting more than 2 hours need to make arrangements for a QR Code Parking pass through the tenant they are visiting. The QR Code will grant access to the upper levels of the parking deck as indicated on the pass.

There is no overnight/extended weekend parking available unless you are a resident.

Event Parking

For all events (DPAC & Durham Bulls (evening only), parking rates are as follows:

  • East Deck: $5.00
  • North Deck: $5.00
  • South Deck: $5.00

DPAC VIP EVENT PARKING -  located in the open lot at the corner of Vivian and Blackwell Street.  VIP event parking is limited and costs $10 per event.

DURHAM BULLS  - DAY-GAME - PARKING - As a reminder, there is no Durham Bulls day game parking available.  On Day Games, please park in one of the Downtown Durham City Decks or in a designated street parking space.  More Info on Durham City Decks can be found here: https://www.durhamnc.gov/departments/transportation/parking.cfm
